Who I am
Growing up in a military family meant that “home” was never just one place—it was the world. From Japan and Korea to Peru and Spain, I was immersed in a variety of cultures, each with its own traditions, flavors, and cuisine. These experiences shaped not only who I am but also how I have developed as a culinary professional.
I studied Holistic Nutrition and Wellness at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I learned to be more intentional with my cooking methods. My approach to cooking is rooted in the philosophy that blending healthy, whole ingredients with staple cultural techniques can create exciting dishes that are both flavorful and nutritious.
Today, I am based in Orlando, Florida, where I continue to experiment, share, and grow as a culinary professional. Whether I’m creating recipes inspired by my travels or developing wellness-focused meals, I strive to honor the cultures that shaped me while crafting food that brings people together.
